Trust Building Course
Do you need help to respond to Our Lord’s call to love your neighbor? The Trust Building course here at St. Clare will help you do just that: by providing you with the knowledge and ability to reach out to someone in need of a friend, to build a trust-based relationship with that person, and then just to be a friend. What you learn can be applied anywhere: to your workplace, your neighborhood, your parish community! This is a great way for married couples, too, to grow in trust-building skills.
When: Thursday evenings, 7:15 – 8:30 p.m., beginning September 13, 2012

Theology on Tap: Now in Clear Lake!
Join other Young Adults from the Clear Lake area for an exciting lineup of speakers, good food, and fellowship! Theology on Tap South Houston provides a forum where young adults who are Catholic—or are interested in learning more about faith in general—can connect with each other and build community. They gather for food, drink, and lively discussion in a casual atmosphere.
Theology on Tap is back and bigger than ever! This program aimed at helping young adults grow in faith and community takes place on the third Thursday of the month at Fuddruckers, 2040 NASA Parkway. The spring line-up features four excellent topics and speakers:
- February 21: Love Lab: How to Avoid Marrying a Jerk (Cody Clark, marriage educator)
- March 21: Prayer Practicum: How to Make your Prayer Life Practical (Fr. Dominic Pistone)
- April 18: Intro to Morality: Theology of the Body (Julie Dienno-Demarest, theologian and author)
- May 16: Stress Management: Handling Job Stress with Finesse (Dr. Greg Smith, CCISD Superintendent)
