These nights, which will meet on select Sundays from 6:45-8:00 pm in the Parish Family Life Center (following the 5:30 pm Sunday Mass), encompass and build the foundation of our high school faith formation program.
HSFF Sunday Night sessions are for all high school grades (9-12), and are an opportunity for teens to enjoy food and fellowship, and to dive deeper into our Catholic faith. With a focus on the Mass and the life of the Church, our goal is to lead teens closer to Christ.

The high school program will be using Youcat , which is short for Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church. Also styled as YOUCAT , this book is a 2011 publication that aims to be an aid for youth to better understand the Catechism of the Catholic Church . Youcat is based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1997) and the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (2005). This youth catechism has 304 pages and consists of four parts with 527 questions and answers. This means that all four pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church are taught and developed in courses throughout the four years of the program. This ensures that the beliefs of our faith are reinforced to young people as they grow, develop, and mature as Catholics.
A copy of the YOUCAT will be provided to each youth upon entry into HSFF and teens will be responsible for and expected to bring their copy to each HSFF Sunday Session over the four year duration of the program. If you need to replace your copy of YOUCAT, you will have to purchase a new one at your own expense. Extra copies will be available to purchase at cost in the parish office.
