VBS Youth Volunteer Registration

- Faith Formation

Calling all teens as well as adult volunteers to help put on and facilitate this year's Vacation Bible School! Volunteers make VBS possible! Please fill out the registration form on our website if you are wanting to volunteer for VBS and submit a $15 shirt fee via cash or check to the St. Clare of Assisi Parish Office.

Any youth from junior high and high school are welcome to sign up to volunteer:
- Youth Volunteer
  - Jr. High - students entering 6th-8th grades in the Fall of 2022
  - High School - students entering 9th-12th grades in the Fall of 2022
Set Up Week
Every day will include a brief training session for crew leaders in the morning. Set construction, room decorating and supply set-up will be:
- Wednesday, July 6, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Thursday, July 7, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Friday, July 8, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Note: All adult and teen volunteers who are 18 years old or older must complete or have completed VIRTUS or the Safe Environment program to participate. Click Here to Complete.

Volunteer Opportunities
- Crew Leader/Chaperone: You are at the heart of our program, interacting with the children in small groups throughout the week on a personal level. You will be leading your group from station to station and helping them have a uniquely awesome time!
- Cafe: Help prepare/serve/clean-up snacks for children plus volunteers. It's a lot of work, but a lot of fun, too!
- Bible Adventure: The HEARTBEAT of our program revolves around the Bible Story of each day! You help by creating the daily scene ant setting the mood through creative story telling and acting!
- Sing and Play: Be a part of the open/close team. This is where we'll lead the whole group singing the theme songs with motions.
- Imagination Station/Crafts: Help kids creatively connect crafts to the daily Bible verse.
- Games: Who doesn't like a good game? Always a popular place staffed with fun-loving people who love to see the kids have a fun and safe play time.
- KidVid Cinema: Show the daily video story and then lead the children in thought-provoking discussions. We'll hear from kids who are learning and embracing the way God made them.
- Spotlight/Tech Team: We need some talented folks with digital expertise to take photos during our days and plug them into a program that is provided. We want to watch a snippet each day. Script is provided for you! You just need to gather the participants!
